SERAS, the Single European Rail Area of Skills Alliance project addresses workforce and skills shortage, skills adaptation needs related to the digital and green transitions and the development of a more harmonised European Railway Skills Ecosystem. As an open Alliance, bringing together all relevant stakeholders, SERAS aims to create a resilient, future proof and highly skilled railway workforce that meets the sector's challenges and evolving demands.

Work Packages
