Infrastructure of Serbian Railways

Infrastructure of Serbian Railways (IZS), Serbia, functions as an infrastructure manager. Main activities cover public railway infrastructure management, specifically infrastructure maintenance, organizing and regulating rail traffic, providing access to and use of public railway infrastructure, as well as it’s protection, construction and modernization. Other activities include determining business standards, aligning with the current international standards and regulations, investing in environmental protection and energy effectiveness, and improving staff competence and motivation.
